LoRa Iot Home Environment Monitoring System

DOWNLOAD ABSTRACT

AIM:

Design and Development of LoRa IOT Home Environment Monitoring System.

PURPOSE:

Environment is changing day by day and it directly effects on human life. In recent years we are finding excess of heat formation in so many countries. Because of excess heat global warming will increase and ozone layer depletion will occur. Because of ozone layer depletion solar irradiation will increase. This will cause skin diseases and more health problems. To avoid this we have one solution that reading of data at each home and update to central IOT server. Government can take serious action based on this data. Data will be very help full while taking remedies. To do this here we are going to read this data using LoRa and Update to IOT server. Proposed project title is LoRa IOT home environment monitoring system using Arduino and Nodemcu.

DESCRIPTION:

At sensors side arduino plays major role acts like heart of the project and interfaced with LoRa module. At receiver side ESP32 nodemcu handle data and update to IOT server. DS18b20 sensor connected to Arduino digital pin. Solar irradiation sensor connected to Arduino analog pin. BMP180/280 sensor connected to Arduino I2c pins. ESP32 nodemcu interface with LoRa module. ESP32 has inbuilt WIFI module.

WORKING:

Arduino reads all sensors data through their respective pins and display on 16×2 LCD display. DS18b20 can read temperature of air or water. Irradiation sensor can read solar irradiance and given to arduino. BMP180/280 sensor can read atmospheric pressure. Arduino takes all these sensors data and transmit to LoRa receiver through LoRa transmitter. At LoRa receiver side ESP32 nodemcu handle all sensors data and update to Cloud IOT server. Sensors data will be visible in table format and for numerical data graphic provision will be available.
