AIM:
Design and Development of Fingerprint and GSM based school children attendance information in school bus.
PURPOSE:
Children missing and kidnapping is increasing day by day around the world. It is our responsible that we should provide security to children. Especially in school buses it is very important about children security. In regular school buses there is no proper tracking system for children. Here we propose solution like fingerprint and GSM based school children attendance information in school bus.
DESCRIPTION:
This project includes Finger print module (R307-biometric), which is connected to Arduino through UART interface. GSM (SIM800C) connected to Arduino UART interface. Two buttons and buzzer connected to Arduino digital pins.
WORKING:
Initially all students who are authorized in school bus need to store their finger prints in module by pressing enroll button. When students entering into bus then he has to press identification button and keep finger in module. Then SMS will send to register mobile number. Here register mobile number is school management number. Based on SMS School management can confirm that student is in bus. If any unauthorized person wants to access finger print then buzzer will be ON.
