Raspberry Pi PICO Based Iot Green House Monitoring And Controlling

AIM:

Design and Development of Raspberry pi PICO based IOT green house monitoring and Controlling.

PURPOSE:

Green house is a physical room type structure that can maintain atmospheric parameters through sensors and loads like fan, light and humidifier. External environment is always not supportive because of weather changes. But some type of crops need same conditions in all times. To do this we have to design and develop artificial greenhouse system. With IOT and Raspberry pi pico we can do this with the help of few sensors. The project title is Raspberry pi pico based IOT green house monitoring and controlling system.

DESCRIPTION:

DHT11 sensor connected to Pi pico digital pin which can work on one wire protocol. LDR sensor detects day and night conditions which are connected to pi pico digital pin. Soil moisture sensor for detecting soil wet and dry condition, this is also connected to pi pico digital pin. IOT module (ESP8266) interfaced with pi pico serial port.

WORKING:

DHT11 sensor can detect temperature and humidity. If temperature more than desired value then fan will be ON with the help of relay, this relay enables with the signal from pi pico. If humidity value decreased than desired value then humidifier will be ON. If LDR is in dark condition then light will be ON, otherwise light will be OFF. If soil moisture in in dry condition then water pump will be ON. Finally controller keeps all conditions according to requirement. We can see all sensors data on 16×2 LCD display. Also pi pico sends sensors data to cloud IOT server. Cloud IOT server can be accessed from remote location.
