AIM:
Design and Development of GSM GPS vehicle temperature monitoring and controlling.
PURPOSE:
Vehicle temperature is nothing but its engine temperature. High engine temperature effects on mileage, reliability, vehicle life. Sometimes chance to fail complete engine if any high temperature occur. Here we propose system like GSM GPS vehicle temperature monitoring and controlling.
DESCRIPTION:
This project includes GSM (Sim800C) module, which is connected to Arduino through UART. GPS module connected to Arduino through UART interface. Temperature sensor (LM35) connected to Arduino analog pin. Buzzer interfaced with Arduino digital pin. Dc motor controlled through relay which is connected to Arduino digital pin.
WORKING:
Here temperature sensor (LM35) reads engine temperature. Assume DC motor as Vehicle engine. If engine temperature more than 130 degrees (any kind of diesel and petrol engines temperature limit Max.130 degrees) then DC motor (Vehicle Engine) will be OFF. Temperature value and engine status displaying on LCD. When temperature reach more than 130 degrees then SMS will be send to registered mobile number along with GPS location data. Using GPS location user can monitor vehicle position on Google Maps.
